Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrival in Guwahati

When you arrive in Shillong, the driver will take you from the Guwahati airport/railway station/bus station to your accommodation.
On the route, stop at Umiam Lake, also popular as Barapani, a magnificent man-made reservoir surrounded by beautiful green hills.
Continue to Shillong and check into your accommodation after the exploration.
After checking in, you have the rest of the day to relax and recharge.
In the evening, visit locations like Lady Hydari Park and the Air Force Museum.

Day 2 | Cherrapunji From Shillong

The driver will pick you up from your accommodation and take you on a Cherrapunji sightseeing tour.
On the route, stop at Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls.
Visit the perspectives of Nohkalikai Falls and Seven Sisters Falls.
Then proceed to Mawsmai Cave, which is well-known for its limestone structure and fossils.
Explore the Garden of Caverns and discover miniature waterfalls, ponds, and caverns.
Stay in Shillong for the night.

Day 3 | Shillong Sightseeing & Transfer to Mawphlang

The driver will pick you up from your accommodation and take you on a sightseeing tour around Shillong.
Explore the Don Bosco Museum to learn about the culture and lifestyle of North East India.
View the Cathedral Church and its stained glass works. In the evening, go around Ward's Lake.
Begin your journey to Mawphlang and spend the night at Mawphlang.

Day 4 | David Scott Trek

Check out of your Mawphlang homestay and begin your journey to Lad Mawphlang.
Hike the famed David Scott Trail and take in the spectacular views.
During the 5-hour journey, you will pass past charming Khasi towns, beautiful green meadows, and stone bridges.
Arrive at Lad Mawphlang and spend the night at your guesthouse.

Day 5 | Lad Mawphlang To Dawki Via Mawlynnong

Check out of your homestay, and the driver will pick you up and bring you to Dawki.
On the route, stop in Mawlynnong and explore Asia's Cleanest Village.
Admire the Balancing Rock, which has remained motionless for many years.
Explore Riwai hamlet by crossing the Single Decker Living Root Bridge.
Arrive at Dawki and enjoy boating on the Umngot River's crystal-clear waters. Spend the night at Shnongpdeng.

Day 6 | Dawki to Shillong via Jowai

Check out of your homestay, and the driver will drive you down the Umngot River.
Take a relaxing riverboat trip.
In Dawki, you may participate in numerous water/adventure sports like as ziplining and kayaking (at your own expense).
Travel to Jowai to visit the spectacular Krang Suri Waterfalls and enjoy the panoramic views.
After touring, return to Shillong and spend the night in your hotel.

Day 7 | Shillong to Guwahati

After you check out of your hotel, the driver will pick you up and transport you to Laitlum Canyon.
On the way, stop at this lovely location and see where the Bollywood film "Rock On 2" was shot.
Stay in Guwahati for the night.

Day 8 | Departure | End Of The Trip

Pack your belongings and check out of your Guwahati hotel.
The driver will pick you up from your accommodation and transport you to Kamakhya Temple, one of the most respected Shakti Peethas.
The driver then transports you to Guwahati airport/railway station/bus station, where your thrilling 8-day journey concludes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Non-refundable upfront amount, under any circumstances.
Before the trip can begin, the full trip fee must be paid. Pending Payments may result in the trip being canceled.
Before boarding, the IDs will be validated. No boarding will be permitted without a proper government ID.
Booking transfers are not authorized. Only the names listed at the time of confirmation will be permitted to travel.
There will be no refunds for any inclusion(s) not selected by the Client.
Travelers must take care of their bags and valuables. The management will not be held liable for any lost things during the tour.

NOTE: In case, if vehicles are not able to Run due to heavy snow or any weather condition, then a Snow jeep or Sumo (with chains on tyres) will be used. There will be supplement charges for the same, which guests can directly pay to the taxi union.
