Itinerary

Day 0 | Tour Begins

Tour starts with an overnight journey to Dehradun
Meet other group members at the pick-up point
After a briefing from the team Captain, set off for Dehradun
Evening Departure from Delhi to Dehradun in Volvo
Reach Dehradun in the next morning

Day 1 | Dehradun to Sankri Base Village

Drive to the Sankri village which is the base camp for the Kedarkantha Trek.
Upon reaching Sankri, we'll check in to our pre-booked homestay.
The rest of the day is at leisure
You can take rest or stroll near your stay
After dinner take a deep sleep to prepare for the next day

Day 2 | Trek to Juda ka Talab

Start the trek and travel through green forests consisting of pine trees
You’ll reach Juda Ka Taal after five hours of trekking.
Upon reaching the campsite, enjoy the lunch.
The rest day you can spend as you want.
You’ll get dinner in the evening followed by an overnight stay at Juda Ka Taal Campsite.

Day 3 | Juda ka Taal to Kedarkantha

After breakfast start the trek toward the Kedarkantha Base Camp
This will take approx. 4-5 hours (depending on your speed )
Upon reaching and checking into the campsite, enjoy a delicious lunch
The rest of the day you can spend freely
You can take rest or indulge in activities like snowball fights and other fun games.
Lastly, enjoy a dinner at the campsite
overnight stay at the campsite

Day 4 | Trek to Kedarkantha Peak

Begin trek towards Kedarkantha Peak
After reaching the summit, enjoy the view from the top
Shortly afterward, we'll head back to the Kedarkantha Base Camp again.
Enjoy the last night at the campsite and a farewell bash with group members
Overnight stay at Juda ka Taal campsite.

Day 5 | Juda ka Taal to Sankri | Departure

After breakfast, trek down to the Sankri Village from Juda ka Taal
Upon reaching Sankri, take rest and freshen up at the hotel
Later on, proceed towards Dehradun. (Reach Dehradun by late evening)
You’ll reach Delhi the next morning
Back to your place with lifelong memories.

Permits: All necessary fees and permits

Any expenses of a personal nature.
Meals during transit.
Insurance of any kind.
Unscheduled delay due to landslide or other natural calamities Cost
Escalation due to “ Force Majeure and Evacuation charges”.
Anything not mentioned explicitly in the above program.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
In case of a Lockdown in Himachal due to Covid 19, will provide a credit note that a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of the Credit Note. As such Scenarios revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in / Out Policies:
Standard Check-In/ out time is 12 Noon / 11 Am
However early check-in or late checkout can be provided as per the availability.

NOTE: In case, if vehicles are not able to Run due to heavy snow or any weather condition, then a Snow jeep or Sumo (with chains on tyres) will be used. There will be supplement charges for the same, which guests can directly pay to the taxi union.
