Itinerary

Day 0 | Departure from Delhi/ Chandigarh

Your journey starts in Delhi
Departure in the evening from the Delhi
You can meet other group members at the pickup point
After a small briefing from the Trip Leader, proceed towards Mcleodganj

Day 1 | Mcleodganj Sightseeing

After reaching Mcleodganj, check into your hotel and freshen up
Later you can go and explore the Mcleodganj flea market.
Visit Bhagsu waterfall, Dalai Lama Monastery, and cafes.
After the tour return to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

Day 2 | Bir Sightseeing

Start your day with a stunning view and tasty breakfast at the hotel
Next head towards Bir.
En route, you can visit Dharamshala HPCA Stadium, Palampur Tea Gardens, and Baijnath Temple
Reach Bir in the evening.
Check-into the hotel
Enjoy a bonfire and light music with your group members and make lifelong memories
After dinner, take a deep sleep at the hotel

Day 3 | Cafe Hoping | Paragliding

Wake up early and have your breakfast at the hotel
You can enjoy paragliding at your own cost to witness the charming mountains
Take off from Billing and land in Bir.
The ride will take around 15 – 30 minutes.
You can enjoy picturesque views during your journey to Bir.
Later departure in the evening.
Overnight journey to your destination.

Day 4 | Tour Ends

Get back to Delhi after an amazing tour with happy memories

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
In case of a Lockdown in Himachal due to Covid 19, will provide a credit note that a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of the Credit Note. As such Scenarios revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.

Check-in / Out Policies:
Standard Check-In/ out time is 12 Noon / 11 Am
However early check-in or late checkout can be provided as per the availability.

NOTE: In case, if vehicles are not able to Run due to heavy snow or any weather condition, then a Snow jeep or Sumo (with chains on tyres) will be used. There will be supplement charges for the same, which guests can directly pay to the taxi union.
