Itinerary

Day 0 | Tour Starts

Tour starts with an overnight journey to Udaipur
Meet other group members at the pick-up point
After a briefing from the team Captain, set off for Udaipur
Evening Departure from Delhi to Udaipur in Volvo
Reach Udaipur in the next morning

Day 1 | Arrival in Kasol

Reach Kasol in the morning.
Relax for some time and let all the tiredness fade away as you must be tired from the overnight journey.
Then you will proceed for Kasol sightseeing and visit Kasol flea market, and nearby cafes.
You can also explore Chalal village known as Hippies Den
Enjoy the warmth of the bonfire with group members
Match steps with your group members
After the dinner, take a deep sleep.

Day 2 | Kheerganga Trek

Wake up early in the morning and enjoy your breakfast with a stunning mountain view
Check out from the stay
Then leave for Barsheni (base point for Kheerganga trek).
Reach Kheerganga top(5-6 hours trek) in the evening.
Enjoy a tasty dinner along with the group members
Overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 3 | Kheerganga to Manikaran

Wake up early in the morning and take a hot water spring bath.
Let all the negativity wash away in the holistic place
After the breakfast, trek down to Barsheni
Reach Barsheni in the evening.
Then Manikaran, visit the famous Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara.
Departure in the evening.
Reach the next day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
In case of a Lockdown in Himachal due to Covid 19, will provide a credit note that a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of the Credit Note. As such Scenarios revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.

Check-in / Out Policies:
Standard Check-In/ out time is 12 Noon / 11 Am
However early check-in or late checkout can be provided as per the availability.

NOTE: In case, if vehicles are not able to Run due to heavy snow or any weather condition, then a Snow jeep or Sumo (with chains on tyres) will be used. There will be supplement charges for the same, which guests can directly pay to the taxi union.
