Google Ads/ Meta Ads/ PPC Specialist - Travel Company

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in the travel industry. As a specialist in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of online advertising platforms, data analysis, and a passion for delivering impactful results in the travel sector.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies for Google and Meta Ads platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and optimize campaign performance.

Campaign Setup and Optimization:

  • Create and set up Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring proper targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, imagery, and targeting parameters.

Keyword Research and Selection:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the travel industry.
  • Continuously update and refine keyword lists based on performance and market trends.

Ad Copy and Creative Development:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure ad creatives comply with platform guidelines and are optimized for performance.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance and goals.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.

Stay Abreast of Industry Changes:

  • Stay informed about updates and changes to Google and Meta Ads platforms, adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 2.5+ years of experience as a Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist, with a focus on the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (SEO, email marketing, etc.) is advantageous.
