Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team at invisit. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our travel services and destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to promote our travel packages, destinations, and services.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ad spend to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for ad creatives.
Implement and manage ad extensions and targeting options.
Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value travel-related keywords.
Optimize ad campaigns for keyword relevance and quality score.
Continuously refine and expand keyword lists to improve campaign performance.
Budget and Bid Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Set and adjust bids to achieve campaign objectives, such as cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conversion Tracking and Analytics: Implement conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide insights for ongoing optimization.
Use Google Analytics and other tools to track user behavior on our website.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on the competitive landscape in the travel industry.
Monitor competitor ads and strategies and adapt our campaigns accordingly.
Ad Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy for maximum performance.
Implement best practices for ad testing, such as A/B testing and multivariate testing.
Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices.
Recommend and implement new features or strategies to enhance our campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on ROI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
