Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation, if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the date of arrival for the Land part only.
- 50% cancellation will be charged if cancelled 44 days before travel.
- 90% cancellation will be charged if cancelled 30 days before travel.

- Non-refundable upfront amount, under any circumstances.
- Prices are very dynamic and depend on the weather, season, and other circumstances.
- Price can vary at the time of booking
- Before the trip can begin, the full trip fee must be paid. Pending Payments may result in the trip being canceled.
- Before boarding, the IDs will be validated. No boarding will be permitted without a proper government ID.
- Booking transfers are not authorized. Only the names listed at the time of confirmation will be permitted to travel.
- There will be no refunds for any inclusion(s) not selected by the Client.
- Travelers must take care of their bags and valuables. The management will not be held liable for any lost things during the tour.
NOTE: In case, if vehicles are not able to Run due to heavy snow or any weather condition, then a Snow jeep or Sumo (with chains on tyres) will be used. There will be supplement charges for the same, which guests can directly pay to the taxi union.
